Use of this site

This website and its content are provided for information about World Fashion League, its events, its membership and its services. You may not reproduce, resell or systematically extract content without written permission.

Membership and applications

Submitting an application does not create a membership. Membership, accreditation, franchise rights and championship entry are granted only on written confirmation from WFL and are subject to verification and the applicable membership agreement.

Events

Event dates, formats, venues, line-ups and judging frameworks may change. Where an event is rescheduled or cancelled, the terms of the relevant registration or exhibitor agreement apply.

Intellectual property

The World Fashion League name, the WFL league format, marks, and site content are the property of World Fashion League and its licensors. Franchise partners may use them only under an executed franchise agreement.

Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, WFL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
